Oswalt's Sewer Rooter & Plumbing Repair

Had a plumbing issue and contacted Oswalt's plumbing (have used them in the past and have always been happy). The issue was a lot bigger than I had hoped, and would end up taking a few days to complete. During the repair process Paul, Marcus, Jimmy and Madison all kept me informed as to what was going on. Everyone was professional and very easy to deal with at Oswalt's. I am sure there are other great plumbing companies in the area, but if you are looking for one, I would recommend Oswalt's with out any hesitation.

WE LOVE OSWALD'S! We have lived in Haughton and now Shreveport and they have helped us and served us so well in both homes for the last few years! We've had plumbing issues, water heater replacements, sump pump installation and washing machine/dryer hook-ups installed. Look, they hand-write their appreciation and stay in contact with customers. We even asked if our son could apprentice with them but they have people knocking down their doors for that coveted position they are such a good company to work for!

I was recommended Oswalt by a friend and I could not be happier with the company! Everyone from Maddie to the technicians have shown the utmost knowledge, professionalism and respect to my husband myself and our home! Please give them a call! They installed hi flush toilets that work so well we will never have a clog! They also placed a Halo whole house water filter and for the first time since moving back to Shreveport, we have crystal clear great tasting water!! Call Oswalt’s for all your needs!! Aiden Jimmy and all the other techs were super!!

Robert was very professional and explained the job to be done. Knowledgeable on hot water heaters and toilets as well . Wonderful as the repairs to hot water heater and toilets went well. Did well on overall cleanup and Cannon who assisted was great as well. Oswalt Plumbing will be use again .

Their scheduling system could be better. Called Saturday about a water leak so I scheduled it for Monday no call or updates on when someone would arrive I just continued to hear a call would be made to me 30 minutes before arrival. It’s after 12 so I cancelled the appointment

Marcus is always amazing! This is the second time he's been out and he always gives extraordinary customers care. Jaleel assisted with the house call today and he was extremely diligent. I appreciate their hardworking every time they come out to fix my plumbing issues! Because of them Oswalt will always be my plumbers choice!

Update: This company takes its commitment to quality work very serious. They continue to worked with us and our Home warranty company until the job was done and done right. They advocated for us and our home and we are so grateful. Madison was so attentive and was in constant communication with us every step of the way. She kept us updated on job status and all their communications with the warranty company. I am so appreciative of her and the entire Oswalt Plumbing team! Oswalt Plumbing customer service is 10 out of 10. We had an issue and immediately they called to offer feedback and solutions. They care about the work they do, and the clients they do it for. We are grateful for such a dedicated company, committed to providing excellence. Thank you Oswalt for treating our home as if it was your own.

Friendly and professional. Did the service in a good amount of time? May be aware of some other products that down the line we might purchase.
